The Rotary Club of Conyers and the Interact Clubs from local high school gathered Thursday to celebrate their 50th anniversary at Cameron Hall. As part of the international Rotary organization, the Interact Club offers approximately 100 students from Heritage and Rockdale high schools the opportunity to work with business professionals in the community with a common interest in community service. Interact members are involved in several projects to serve the community and membership activities provide qualities that prepare students for selective colleges and careers.
