Mrs. Margaret Roselle Young Bowers, age 88 of Lithonia, died Friday, October 7, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louie Bowers, Sr.; parents, James and Katie Robertson; brothers, Thomas Robertson and Marvin Robertson; sister, Ethel Dobbs. She is survived by her sister, Gladys E. Warbington; brother, Lewis S. Robertson, both of Lithonia; sister-in-law, Betty Robertson, Covington; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bowers was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 10, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church, 3420 Panola Road, Lithonia, GA with Rev. Kenneth Hughes officiating; interment will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday, October 8, 2011 and Sunday, October 9, 2011 from 2 until 4 p.m. and 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
