In the second matchup between Rockdale and Salem on the basketball court on Tuesday things changed in the girls' contest but much remained the same as the boys' teams squared off in the nightcap.

Rockdale's girls' squad, which fell to Salem 41-39 on Saturday, rebounded with a 49-45 win on Tuesday. In the second game of the doubleheader the Bulldogs once again defeated Salem 73-41, continuing a six-game winning streak.
