The Rockdale County Sheriff Office is looking for two suspects involved in an armed robbery at a resident's home Sunday night.
Deputies responded to the 23-year-old victim's house in the 2100 block of Hasty Drive around 8:30 p.m. The victim told deputies the unknown suspects escaped with about $5,140 worth of items.
According to the deputy's report, the victim heard knocks at his front door soon after returning home from shopping at the mall and when he answered two males forced their way inside.
One of the males pointed a gun to his face and pushed him to the ground. He kept the gun to his head while the other male went around the house grabbing items.
"(The victim) stated that after the guy finished grabbing items they told him not to move or they were going to shoot him," the deputy wrote.
Soon after they left, the victim went across the street to his neighbor's house to call 9-1-1. The victim was not physically harmed during the ordeal.
The victim described the two subjects as possibly being in their late teens to mid-20's and dark complexion. He stated both men had on black skull caps, black scarves over their faces and both had black automatic style handguns. He also described the suspect that held him down had on black gloves, black sweat pants and black Ugg Boots.
The victim lives at the residence with his 52-year-old mother. They reported several items taken including a white PlayStation 4, six PlayStation 4 games, a black iPhone 6, a gold and white iPhone 6 Plus, jewelry, four pairs of shoes, clothing items and a white and gold iPad.
