Mr. Ralph D. Prather, age 85 of Conyers, died Wednesday, December 1, 2010.  He was a loving and devoted husband and father.  He is survived by his wife, Chris G. Prather, Covington, daughter and son-in-law, Peggy Prather Price and Randy V. Price, Sr., Covington; grandchildren, Randy V. (R.P.) Price, Jr., Covington, Brian David Roseberry, Conyers, Devon Anthony Bruns, Acworth; several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca D. Roseberry.  Mr. Prather was a member of Salem United Methodist Church for many years and retired from the Federal Government.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. at Salem UMC, 3962 Salem Road, Covington with Rev.
