The office of Rockdale County Probate Judge Charles K. Mays will is hosting Ask The Attorney sessions. These sessions will offer Rockdale County residents the opportunity to sit down with an attorney to get their probate court-related questions answered.

"Many people are facing situations that are new to them, such as probating a will, serving as the executor of an estate, or becoming the guardian of a loved one, and they have many unanswered questions," said Mays. "The 'Ask The Attorney' sessions will allow these individuals to sit down with a licensed attorney to get their questions answered."

The Ask The Attorney sessions will be offered on the second Tuesday of each month, starting this coming Tuesday, Oct 14.

These sessions take place at the Probate Office from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. by appointment only and are free to the public. Each individual will receive a 30 minute session with the attorney.

Those seeking to schedule an appointment or needing more information should contact the Probate Office at 770-278-7700 and ask for Deborah Anderson.
