Mrs. Nancy Crowley Godfrey, age 74 of Conyers, died Thursday, June 16, 2011. She is survived by beloved family and friends, including sons and daughters-in-law, Alan R. and Gwendolyn Godfrey of Atlanta and Gary L. and Jodi Godfrey of Roswell and their sons, Rhett and Trent Godfrey. She is predeceased by her husband of many wonderful years, Albert Lamar Godfrey. Those she leaves behind celebrate her vivacious spirit, her loving-kindness, her generosity, and her candid wit. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Dr. Jim Martin and Rev. Reese Sanders officiating and Rev. Greg Smith providing the music; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends and loved ones on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 12 until 2 p.m. prior to the service.
