1/3 c sugar
2 2/3 c orange juice, fresh & chilled
2 bottle champagne or Catawba grape juice
8 slice orange
First place sugar and orange juice in a blender. Cover well and blend on medium speed about 15 seconds or until foamy.
Then pour 1/3 cup into each tall glass. Then add one cup champagne to each glass. Garnish with the orange.
