Mr. Marvin G. Bloodworth, age 75 of Conyers, died May 1, 2011. He was preceded in death by parents, Rexford Gray and Edna Louise Bloodworth; sister, Doris Ivey. He is survived by wife of 36 years, Dianne W. Bloodworth; 2 daughters, Freeda Edwards, Conyers, Denita Joy White, Covington; 3 brothers, Glen T. & Lawania Bloodworth, Mansfield, John & Melanie Bloodworth, Cross City, FL, Thomas & Brenda Bloodworth, Milledgeville; brother-in-law, Glenn Ivey, Milledgeville; 2 grandchildren, Leslie Rachel White, Ivey Brooke White, both of Covington; 1 great-grandson, James "Trace" Bement, Lithonia; mother-in-law, Edith Miller, McDonough; nieces and nephews. Mr. Bloodworth was a member of Oasis Faith Baptist Church, Social Circle. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 11a.m. at Scot Ward’s Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor Nelson Goddard officiating; interment will follow at Crest Lawn Memorial Park.
