A man was struck in the face with a souvenir-sized baseball bat early Saturday morning in the parking lot of the Pearl Vision on Dogwood Drive.

Traveling through the parking lot at around 12:25 a.m., the Conyers resident told Conyers Police that he was approached by four males.

According to reports, the suspects, three black and one white male, asked him for his money. One of the suspects then struck the victim in the mouth with the baseball bat.

The victim fell to the ground and began swinging his arms to defend himself, striking one perpetrator in the face.

The victim then got back on his bicycle and started traveling west, while two suspects went east toward the bridge on Ga. Highway 138 and the other two went west on Dogwood Dr.

The suspects are still at large.
