Christopher Westmoreland was arrested in connection with several robberies in Newton, Rockdale and DeKalb counties.
The Decatur resident was identified by a citizen who saw a "be on the look out" issued Friday. Westmoreland was arrested and taken to the Rockdale County jail Saturday.
Covington police were looking for Westmoreland in connection with a robbery of Walgreens at 3188 Hwy. 278 Thursday.
According to reports, the white male entered the drug store and presented a note stating he had a gun and told the clerk to give him money from the draw.
The man then left in a blue two-door Acura sedan with a spare tire on the front driver's side.
He is believed to be the same person responsible for three other robberies in DeKalb and Conyers.
