The Conyers-Rockdale Library will have a dedication ceremony to its recently completed renovation and expansion project open to the public from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 16.
The dedication and ribbon cutting, featuring music and refreshments, will take place near the entrance doors in front of the library located on 864 Green St.
The renovation of the Conyers-Rockdale Library include a computer lab of over 45 public- access computers and classroom, a teen area and expanded children's area, a new wing for reference and study, a snack area with seating and vending machines and new area for Friends of the Library book sales.
The library will not be available for book check outs during the dedication, but the public is welcome to use the facilities during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
