Dear Editor: The ordinance to create article V of chapter 42 is an unnecessary burden on real estate agents that do not have control over the properties. The county has an official oversee the foreclosure sale as well as sends the owner information to the county tax office. This information is easily available to any county employee or any individual as this is public record. The information anyone needs to know about who owns a property is already on file as public record. The commissioners need to understand that just because DeKalb passed an unnecessary and unfair ordinance, Rockdale does not need to blindlyfollow. Ronnie Burrell
