Dear Editor: On Hwy 138 at Heritage High School there are "reduce speed" and "school zone" signs  that a totally ignored. The posted speed limits for Hwy 138 is 50 MPH but most traffic travels at 65 MPH and when that vehicle traffic enters that school zone there seems to be no change in vehicle speed. WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO ENFORCE THOSE REQUIREMENTS? Are they going to wait until there is a bad accident there or when someone gets killed?
