Mr. Larry Kirkus, age 68 of Conyers, died January 29, 2012. He was preceded in death by parents, Carlton & Betty Kirkus. He is survived by his fiance, Diane Shubert, Conyers; brothers, Ronald & Jewel Kirkus, Conyers, Donald Kirkus, Conyers; niece, Shannon & Kurt Ebaugh, Twenty Nine Palms, CA; great-nephew, Gibson Ebaugh. Mr. Kirkus was a member of First Baptist Church Conyers, the American Legion Post Conyers, and a Vietnam Veteran. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel with Pastor Howard Greer officiating; interment will follow at Eastview Cemetery.
