Mrs. Jean Deardorff, age 78 of Alpharetta, formerly of Conyers, died Wednesday, February 2, 2011.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Deardorff.  She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Brian Toporek, Marietta, Jill and Cliff Loven, Blountville, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Burt and Sherri Deardorff, Buford; 6 grandchildren; brother, James Martin, Kokomo, IN; sisters, Marilyn Mitchell, Sarasota, FL, Shirley Ghere, Indianapolis, IN.  Mrs. Deardorff graduated from Indiana University and was a member of the Phi Mu Sorority.  She retired from Heritage High School.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 5, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Scot Ward's Harry White Chapel with Rev.
