1 3/4 c Irish whiskey (cheap works great!)
1 - 14 oz. can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1 c heavy cream
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 large eggs
2 Tbsp espresso powder, instant
1/2 tsp almond extract
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pulse 15 - 20 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into an airtight container. Refrigerate up to one week.
