While Heritage High’s Project Success freshman not only wrote cover letters and resumes, but also participated in mock job interviews conducted by business professional from both public and private sectors. Project Success teaches freshman through senior students invaluable life skills from balancing a checkbook to beware of predatory lenders. They also had a "job shadow" day when students spent the day at a variety of local and metro Atlanta industries. Freshman Katie Dellamonache spent her day at Georgia’s Capitol building working with State Senator Lindsey Tippins. "It was an amazing experience witnessing the process," she said. "Project Success is a platform to help students reach their full potential as they prepare for the world of work," said HHS teacher Caroline Ingle St. John. "We want to propel each other forward."
