UPDATE: The exit was cleared and reopened by 9:30 p.m. The tractor trailer was leaking flammable resin. "It appeared that the load in the truck had shifted and ruptured a 55 gallon drum containing the resin," said a county spokesperson. About 40 gallons had leaked before  Rockdale Fire and Rescue was able to plug the leak.
