I love to laugh; it’s seriously one of my favorite things in the world. In fact, a day that I don’t laugh hard enough to at least bring tears to my eyes is a sad day indeed. This is why I love comedians, especially the ones that are funny, and the Laughing Skull Lounge is always host to some of the funniest folks around town. This weekend would be a good one to go check it out because they have a few things to choose from. Either you can watch a single comedian, or you can check out some best of Atlanta funny people, or open mic – which means you can haggle novices. This is not a family-friendly outing, since comedians that aren’t in “Monsters University” typically have potty mouths. But do a little research and see if one of your favs is coming soon (Margaret Cho will be there this month), or take a chance on someone you’ve never heard of. If they aren’t funny you can make your own fun by mocking them. I’m sure they won’t mind.
