The Olde Town Summer Film Series, presented by Conyers Main Street Foundation, kicks off June 21 at the Olde Town Pavilion with a free showing of the beloved Disney movie "Frozen."

Beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, families are invited to the Olde Town Pavilion at 949 South Main Street for the screening of the movie "Frozen" on a 40 foot inflatable screen. Bring lawn chairs and blankets for prime seating on the lawn. Children are encouraged to dress as their favorite character from the Disney film for a chance to win prizes. The movie begins at dark, or about 8:45 p.m.

"The Lego Movie" will be shown on Saturday, July 19.

Both movies will be held rain or shine. In the event of rain, the screen will be moved from the lawn to underneath the pavilion.

"Even with the rainy summer we had last year and rescheduling several of the movies, we experienced great success in bringing people to Olde Town to experience the charm of the area while viewing family friendly movies in a fun, relaxing setting," said Conyers Main Street Foundation Chairman Brandi Wells.

Admission to the movies is free and coolers are allowed. Concessions provided by Rio's Italian Ice, including hot dogs, pretzels, and more, will be available for a small fee before and during the event. No pets are allowed.

Sponsorships for the movie series are available by contacting Conyers Main Street Foundation board members Brandi Wells at 404-402-1489 or brandi@brandiwells.com and Joseph Roberts at 770-714-3505 or jroberts1023@gmail.com.
