The Rockdale Republican Party hosted a forum for the Republican candidates of the fourth congressional district, currently held by Rep. Hank Johnson, on April 17 at the Holiday Inn Express in Conyers.

The candidates were Cory Ruth, Victor Armendariz, Liz Carter and Larry Gause

The panelists were Mike Bryant, treasurer of the Rockdale Republican Party, Jay Jones of the Rockdale Citizen, Michelle Kim of the Rockdale News. The moderator was Pat Cavanaugh of the Rockdale News.

The event organizer was third vice chair Don Williamson.
