The Georgia International Horse Park is partnering again with Atlanta radio station B98.5FM to present its outdoor movie series "B At the Movies" at the GIHP on Saturday, August 7.

Beginning at 7:30 p.m., families are invited to the field at the park's Grand Prix Plaza armed with lawn chairs and blankets for prime seating on the lawn for the screening of the movie "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" on a larger-than-life, 40-foot screen. The movie begins at dark.

"While this outdoor movie event has taken place in Conyers for the last several years, this is the first time we've offered two free movies for the community to enjoy during the summer," said Jennifer Bexley, director of the Georgia International Horse Park. "The showing of "The Blind Side" in May attracted approximately 2,000 people and we hope to have a good crowd for "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" next weekend at the park."

While admission and parking are free, concessions during the event will be available for a small fee. No pets are allowed. "B at the Movies" sponsors are Publix and Gas South.
