Deputies search for armed robbery suspects
BOLO---Flash-Foods-Robbery

The Rockdale County Sheriff's Office is looking for a male and a female suspect that robbed a Flash Foods at gunpoint and then tried to cash in stolen lottery tickets.

On Tuesday, April 2, at approximately 11:40 PM, the suspects entered the Flash Foods located at 1477 Highway 138 SW in Conyers and robbed the business. The male suspect held a gun under his jacket, and demanded all the money from the cash register. The suspects also stole cigarettes and lottery tickets.

The suspects drove a small, tan in color passenger car that was parked next to the dumpster. After the robbery, the suspects turned left out of the parking lot onto Highway 138 heading north towards Conyers.

The next day, the suspects attempted to cash a stolen lottery ticket at another gas station. The video from that store shows a tan passenger vehicle with rear-end damage near the passenger-side brake light. The vehicle is believed to be a mid-2000s Nissan Altima or Maxima.

Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to contact Sgt. Dougherty at 770-278-8153. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477.
