More than 200 dads and daughters brought out their top hats and flapper skirts to dance the night away in the sixth annual Father Daughter Ball by the Rockdale Rotary Club on Feb. 4 at the Rockdale Career Academy. This year's theme, "Puttin on the Ritz" evoked the elegance and fun of the Roaring Twenties. Dinner was prepared by Rockdale Career Academy culinary arts students. Proceeds go towards Rockdale Rotary programs such as the Empty Stocking fund for gifts for families in need.
