The Rockdale County NAACP, the Progressive Club, and the New Rock Legal Society will sponsor forums for political candidates on July 14 and July 21.

On Saturday, July 14, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., the forum will include candidates for the Board of Education, Superior Court Judge, Magistrate Court Judge, Probate Judge, and Clerk of Court. The event will be at Bald Rock Baptist Church, 2284 Old Covington Road, NE, Conyers, GA 30013.  

Saturday, July 21, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., the forum will hear from candidates for Sheriff, Board of Commissioners, State Senate, and State House of Representatives. The forum is at Peeks Chapel Baptist Church, 3185 Old Salem Road, SE, Conyers, GA 30013. 

The forums are free and open to the public, and all are invited to attend.
