Top spellers: On Friday, Jan 6, Barksdale Elementary School held its 2012 Spelling Bee. The school Bee winner, Austin Goodloe, and alternate, Jordin Joseph, will go on to represent Barksdale at the Rockdale County Public Schools Spelling Bee to be held at Edwards Middle School on Feb 7.
