IN BRIEF:  The Board of Commissioners unanimously approved several appointments Tuesday. Former coroner Dr. Stephen Boyle was appointed to the Development Authority of Rockdale County. Arthur Vaughn and Tom Harrison, a former candidate for Post 1 Commissioner, were appointed to the Upper Ocmulgee Soil Conservation Council.
