Queen of the Hill: Bobbie Hill, right, is presented a plaque by city Councilman Chris Bowen. The city of Conyers and Mayor Randy Mills designated Oct. 8 as "Bobbie Hill Day." A proclamation commended Hill for her 22-year career with the city, which included time as the director of public works and director of customer services, and for her work as the former executive director of the Conyers Housing Authority from November 2007 - June 2009. It also commended her work with civic groups such as Keep Conyers-Rockdale Beautiful and the Conyers Kiwanis Club..
