Lucy Madison Parish was born Nov. 11, 2013, at Rockdale Medical Center. She is the daughter of Kelli Parish and Doug Parrish of Covington. She weighed 6 pounds and 9 ounces and measured 19 inches at birth. Maternal grandparents are Bill Miller of Pigsah Forest, N.C., Suzy Miller of Folley Beach, S.C., and Paul and Anita Davis of Monticello, Ga.  Paternal grandparents are Susan and Wesley Parish of Covington. She also has a younger sibling, Laila Parish.
