The following areas have been schedule for a site visit by an appraiser during June, July and/or August 2009: Meadowbrook, Smoke Rise East, Enchanted Lakes, Bridgewater, The Falls at Bridgewater, Sugar Hill, Pine View, The Preserve, Nob Hill, Lost Valley, Bent Creek, Willingham, Kings Forest, Flat Shoals, Bonds Lakes, Humphries Road / Pleasant Hill Road, Bethel Road / Ebenezer Road, Flat Shoals Road, Johnson Road / Klondike Road, Smyrna Road.

The purpose of these site visits is to update the property record, which enables the Board of Assessors Office to more accurately determine fair market values and/or make other determinations as required by law. The appraiser will have a photo identification badge and will be driving an appropriately marked County government vehicle.
