School buses may be delayed for Lorraine Elementary and Davis Middle after an accident near Ga. Highway 138 and East Fairview Road tied up the roads. Buses are having to reroute out of Lorraine Elementary, according to a Rockdale County Public Schools spokesperson, and buses for Davis Middle School will likely have to do the same.
