Local churches and pastors are looking for spiritual healing in Rockdale County and are holding a revival on Friday night as part of an ongoing effort to reach across the divide.

The Unity Revival will be held Friday, Oct. 25, 7 p.m. at Bald Rock Baptist Church, 2284 Old Covington Rd NE, Conyers.

The revival is hosted by the pastors' alliance known as PACT (Pastoral Accountability for Covenant Truth), an interdenominational network of local pastors.

The evening's featured speaker is Pastor Charles Hodnett from The City of David Covenant Church and the inspirational speaker is Debbie Hawkins of Face of Victory Church.

A Unity Prayer was held earlier in April at Conyers First Presbyterian.

Speakers at the April 16 Prayer included Father John Kieran of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Pastor Billie Cox of Macedonia Baptist, Pastor George Levett of Crawfordville Baptist, Pastor Tony Elder of Wesley Community Fellowship, Pastor Eric Lee of Springfield Baptist, Pastor Tom Sparks of Conyers Presbyterian, Commission Chairman Richard Oden and City Councilman John Fountain.
