I love photography, always have. There's something so incredibly cool about being able to capture a memory and have it to look back on forever. Now this in no way means that picture has to be good, in fact, there's whole websites devoted to frozen memories of awful (Awkward Family Photos, anyone?). But if your tastes run a little less juvenile than mine, this exhibit is for you. "The American President: Photographs from the Archives of The Associated Press" gives a candid look at past presidents in their most relaxed times, which is pretty amazing, when you think of the pictures you normally see of our Commander in Chiefs from back in the day, looking all grim and serious. And while you're there, you can also check out the rest of the stuff on display at the Carter Presidential Library and Museum. Just because you might learn something, doesn't mean it can't be fun. Take a chance on this one. You'll probably see me there trying to take pictures of pictures. Don't judge me.
Price: FREE with admission to the Carter Presidential Library and Museum ($6-$8)
