One of the jewels of this area of Georgia is the Charlie Elliott Wildlife Center.

This Saturday, you can take your whole family to the park for J.A.K.E.S Day and find out why it’s such a treasure.

The wildlife center is located 3 miles south of Mansfield off Ga. Highway 11.

On Saturday you can have your children try their hands at archery, fishing and shooting sports. There also will be fun exhibits featuring birds of prey and snakes. Children can eat a free hot dog lunch.

To be able to celebrate nature in such a wholesome way is truly a blessing.
