To the editor: Amen to your editorial of Oct. 21. I voted early today and was told, so far, the turnout has been shockingly light. How frightening, if this is any indication of total "legal" votes to be counted Nov. 8.

It takes about two minutes to vote and have your say at this important time concerning the future of our town, and the key word here is future.

As the old saying goes, "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition."

Our vote is the strongest ammunition we have. Don't waste your best shot. Vote.
