Letter: What's the election really about?

Dear Editor: This election is not about Democrat versus Republican. It is about capitalism versus Communism and the fundamentally changing of America as we know it. I have asked myself why anyone would want to change a system that has done more for mankind than any other form of government. It is not about what has done the most good; it is about idealism (Utopia). The Communists do not believe in God so they try to create heaven on earth (as they see it).

A Democrat or Republican would not intentionally try to bankrupt the nation. A Democrat or Republican would not want all power in the hands of government. A Democrat or Republican would not want God removed from everything. A Democrat or Republican would not want you defenseless and take your guns. A Democrat or Republican would not pit one group against another (all for one). A Democrat or Republican would not want death panels for the young and old. A Democrat or Republican would not want unions controlling governments. A Democrat or Republican would not want the Constitution shredded. A Democrat or Republican would not be racist and divide the nation.

Progressives/Communists/Socialists/Fascists/Alinskyites all want these things and more. They want control and when you give them that control, you will have no recourse. People will not be able to go to the boss and say I quit. The New York Times and other media will be in the power base; the lies will continue, and the U.S.A. will be no more as we know it. There will not be a middle class; there will only be government and ones they put in control. And then there's you, the many, the minions. Enjoy your future if you vote for Obama.
