Dear Editor: I read with interest City Councilman Keith Dalton’s response to investing money in The Main Street program. It is reported that he said "he would like to see extra money go toward curb and gutter." Mr. Dalton, how will extra money for "curb and gutter" increase tax revenue for the city? How will that keep and attract businesses on the square?
