On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to express congratulations to Frank B. Turner Jr., a partner at Greer Stansfield & Turner LLP in Covington, on his recent reappointment by Gov. Nathan Deal to serve on the Georgia Board of Community Affairs.

All Georgians will benefit from Mr. Turner’s service on the board, which oversees the efforts of the Department of Community Affairs to help communities spur private job creation, implement comprehensive plans, develop downtowns, generate affordable housing solutions and promote volunteerism.

With his acceptance of this reappointment, Mr. Turner demonstrates his continued commitment to serving the public. We wish him well in a new term of statewide leadership.
