Clemons: Building a newspaper to serve you better
David Clemons

If you stop by The Covington News’ office on Monday morning, chances are you won’t find our staff members.

Oh, we’ll be working, but it’s going to be a different kind of work. We’ll begin the first of a series of conversations about how to improve the newspaper. I’m eager to hear from the people who put out our product how they’d like to improve it, now that The News is under new ownership.

Actually, let me correct myself. It won’t really be the first step in the conversation. This, what you’re reading, is.

Consider this your invitation to get in on the ground floor as we build a better Covington News. Answer these questions and return them to me, by mail, in person or in email form. Or, just call if you’d like to talk about it. But, we’ll be giving a free three-month in-county subscription (or renewal) to a randomly selected respondent.

Send this back to me at 1166 Usher St. NW, Covington, GA 30014
