Samuel "Rosco" Johnson, 48 of Mansfield, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at home. He was born in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Jack Johnson and Wilma Johnson. Mr. Johnson was also preceded in death by his brother Jackie Roy Johnson, Jr.

Rosco is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Deborah Pitts Johnson; mother Wilma Johnson; daughters Mary Beth White, Tammy Pittman, Carolyn Mason, Kandice Wolf, Teresa Oliver, Sarah Johnson and Catherine Wallace; sons Christopher Evans, James Johnson, Mark Johnson and Dale Irwin; sisters Renee Seaman and Shawanna Jeter; brothers Willie Johnson and Tim Johnson; 16 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a memorial service Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Stewart Community Church with Pastor Jason Johnson officiating. Guests may sign the online register at wheelerfuneralhome.com
