Ross Reeves of Social Circle, died May 22, 2009, at the age of 58. Son of the late Hubert Lee and Grace Evelyn Parker Reeves, he was a “people person”, who loved talking with his friends, watching Nascar racing, the Georgia Bulldogs, hunting, throwing horseshoes, and cooking on the grill. Mr. Reeves especially loved his grandchildren, Morgan and Melissa Reeves, Lillie Reeves,, Lyla Marie and Katie Lynn Parr. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Hester Reeves; daughter and son-in-law, Bridget and Wesley Parr of Social Circle; sons and daughters-in-law, Scott and Donna Reeves, Jeremy and Tonya Reeves, all of Covington; 5 grandchildren; sister and brother-in-law, Clara and Phil Durand of Covington. A Memorial Service for Mr. Reeves was held Monday, May 25, 2009, 2 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Rd., in Covington.
