Ronald Dwayne McGiboney of Covington died Monday, December 23 at his residence. He was born on Aug. 23, 1962 in Covington to Ronald Lewis and Martha Laverne Pittman McGiboney.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was an active member of Central Community Church, he loved to go fishing especially with his children and spend time with his family.

Mr. McGiboney is survived by his loving wife of six years Judith McGiboney, father Ronald L. McGiboney of Covington, sons Chase L. and Randy L. McGiboney of Covington, daughter Shelby E. Galiano of Covington, stepson Joe K. Cartledge III of Covington, sister Cindy Roudebush of Covington and several grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his mother Laverne McGiboney.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 29 at Chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with rev. Darrell Allen officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, Dec. 28 from 6 to 8p.m. Guests may sign the online register book at ww.wheelerfuneralhome.com.
