Robert H. Wilson of Oxford, passed away February 1, 2011, at the age of 64. He attended The Church at Covington, and worked for Kraft Foods for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching John Wayne movies, and he loved Nascar. Mr. Wilson loved all children, and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Dean and Katherine (Kirkpatrick) Wilson.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley (Townley) Wilson of Oxford; daughter, Melissa Cleary; grandsons, Matthew Cleary, Tyler Cleary, all of Oxford; sister, Gloria Malcom of Monroe; aunts, Dot Wilson of Snellville, Myrtle Harper of Covington; uncle, Walker Sam Kirkpatrick of Covington; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Services for Mr. Wilson will be held Friday, February 4, 2011, 2:00 PM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Rd., with interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Thursday, February 3, from 2-4 PM and 6-9 PM. Flowers are accepted, or donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
