Obituary
Mrs. Annette Belcher Hardeman was born October 30, 1942 in Covington, Georgia to the late Mr. & Mrs. Harold Ellen Hugh (Tuggle) Belcher. She joined Bethlehem Baptist Church at a very young age. She attended Washington Street School in Covington, Georgia.
"Nette" (as she was called by many) had a great love for people. She really loved and enjoyed children. She enjoyed playing cards and socializing with her friends and family. She never met a stranger. To her, new acquaintances were new friends. She loved everyone. She had a great sense of humor and loved to laugh. Annette enjoyed cooking for her friends and she used her special training in landscaping and gardening for her own yard. She never missed an opportunity to tell her family that she loved them. They loved her too.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Harold (Ellen Hugh) Belcher, husband, Mr. Buck Vine Hardeman, daughter, Ms. Sherry Ann Belcher, sisters, Ms. Mary Goode, Ms. Barbara Sawyers and Ms. Darleen Jordan, brothers, Mr. Willie Belcher and Mr. Billy Belcher.
Annette left behind nine children, Mr. & Mrs. Johnny Ray (Bonnie) Thrasher, Ms. Connie Hudson, Mr. & Mrs. Richard (Eufrieda) James, Mr. & Mrs. Jarvis (Victoria) Andrews, Mr. & Mrs. Lee Marvin (Nicole) Hardeman, Mr. & Mrs. Dwayne (Thessaly) Hardeman, Mr. & Mrs. Alvarez (Elaine) Thomas, Mr. Fredrick Hardeman and Mr. Dedrick Hardeman, two brothers, Mr. Rufus Belcher and Mr. Leon Belcher, two sisters, Ms. Catherine White and Ms. Alfreda Belcher, "Nette" had a devoted granddaughter, Shamel Hardeman, thirty grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, a host of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
