Mr. Ronny A. House, age 63, of Porterdale passed away February 9, 2013 at Newton Medical Center.  He was born July 23, 1949 in Porterdale, Georgia to James C. and Myrtle Parish House.  Mr. House was a veteran of the United States Army and served his country during the Vietnam War.  A great sports fan, Ronny enjoyed playing golf and fishing and always enjoyed a cool libation and spending time with his family and friends especially his lifelong friend Ted Maxwell.  He was preceded in death by his parents James C. “Shorty” and Myrtle House and his sister Shirley House.

Mr. House is survived by his daughters and their spouses Stacey and Blake McDonald of Covington Amy and Jason Myers of Shady Dale his sister and brother-in-law Brenda and Tony Moon of Covington his brother Alan House of Conyers his grandchildren Devin Johnson, Jacob Myers, Alyssa Myers, Lexie McDonald, and Kaylie McDonald.  He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, others family and close friends.
