Miss Florence Elizabeth Death, 87 of Milledgeville and formerly of Atlanta and Covington passed away Sunday January 2, 2011 at the Georgia War Veterans Home in Milledgeville. Miss Death was born in Cochise County, Arizona to the late Charles Walter and Mary Thompson Death. She lived in Atlanta for many years and was a public school teacher. She proudly served her country during WWII in the US Army as a nursing assistant. Miss Death was predeceased by her sisters Mary Eugenia Morley and Martha Death Smith. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Thomas D. Morley, Mary E. Morley, Patricia S. Morley, Rosemary Morley, Randolph Smith, Clayton Ashley Smith and Amanda Ham, great nieces and nephews,  Daniel Keys, Matthew Keys, and Heather Ham. Funeral services for Miss Death will be held on Wednesday January 5, 2011 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Harwell-Wheeler Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Eichenlaub officiating. Interment will follow at Covington City Cemetery. Her family will receive friends from 12 noon until 2:00 pm.
