Mary Frances Hardman of Covington died January 27, 2012 at the age of 97.  She was born in Morgan County to the late Wiley Pope and Mamie Alliston and was the widow of Leonard Jack Hardman. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Newborn for 70 years and enjoyed working in her garden.

Frances is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and John Cozad of Stockbridge, grandchildren, Kerry and Edith Cozad, Shelly Keyser, Neil Cozad; great-grandchildren, Kirstie Keyser, Warren Keyser, Evan Hardman Cozad, Michael Watson, Joshua Watson; niece & nephew, Vivian Bowman, Richard Alliston.

Funeral Services for Frances will be held Monday, January 30, 2012, 2:00 P.M. at Shiloh Baptist Church in Newborn with Pastor Danny Sorrells and Kerry Cozad officiating and interment will follow the service in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Shiloh Baptist Church prior to the service on Monday, January 30, 2012, from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M.  Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Shiloh Baptist Church, 9595 Highway 142, Newborn, Georgia 30056.
