Marlene Shetter, 72, of Walnut Grove passed away Monday, Feb. 8. Mrs. Shetter was a member of Woodlake Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son Mark Shetter.

Surviving are her husband Donald Shetter; children Dawn Peters, Walnut Grove, Don and Cindy Shetter Jr., Graham, N.C., Traci and Mark Dial, Walnut Grove; daughter-in-law Debbie Shetter; grandchildren Jonathan and Heather Long; Jeremy and Cristy Shetter, Joseph Dial, Josie Peters and Tasha Shetter; great-grandchildren Alana, Nevaeh and Pax Long, Allison and Marissa Shetter; sister Gail Payne, Fern Park, Fla.

Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m.Thursday, Feb. 11, at Woodlake Baptist Church, Loganville, with the Rev. Jerry Grey and Mark Dial officiating. The family will receive friends today, Feb. 10, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, and on Thursday, Feb. 11, from noon to 1 p.m. at Woodlake Baptist Church.
