Ms. Joanne “JoJo” Hardeman, was born on January 10, 1966, to the late James Lewis Hardeman and Kathryn Julia Hardeman in Newton County Georgia.
She graduated from Newton County High School in 1984. She was employed by Big Lots for twenty-one years where she could be seen bringing a smile to everyone she met.
“JoJo” as many called her was known for her quiet, sweet and very positive personality. If anyone knew Joanne they knew that she loved her family immensely, especially her only child, Demario Nash. She devoted her life until the end caring for her mother, Kathryn and even some of her neighbors.
On May 27, the Lord reached out his arms from heaven, stretched them wide and brought his angel back home. She was preceded in death by her father, Mr. James Lewis Hardeman and brother, Mr. James Edward Hardeman.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Ms. Kathryn Hardeman; a son, Mr. Demario Nash; sisters, Mr. & Mrs. Jeff (Linda) Ward and Mr. & Mrs. Curtis (Cynthia) Benton; brothers, Mr. & Mrs. Tony (Vivian) Hardeman and Mr. & Mrs. Justin (Calandra) Gotel and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
